Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp pineapple juice

 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a loaf or bundt pan.
  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the batter.
  • Stir in crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, and vanilla.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 70–80 minutes.
  • Cool the cake, then remove from pan.
  • Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.

 

  • Drizzle glaze over cooled cake and serve.
