Description

Craving something crispy and irresistible? These chicken taquitos deliver the perfect crunch with every bite and are impossible to stop eating.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1012 small corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

  • Optional chopped cilantro or green onions

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, and spices until well combined.
  • Warm tortillas until soft and flexible.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to each tortilla and roll tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or prepare for frying.
  • Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
