- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 10–12 small corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Optional chopped cilantro or green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, and spices until well combined.
- Warm tortillas until soft and flexible.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or prepare for frying.
- Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dips and enjoy.
