- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in oil until done.
- Melt butter in a pan and whisk in flour to form a roux.
- Gradually add milk and cream while whisking until smooth.
- Stir in cheeses, garlic, and spices until melted.
- Add pasta and chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Optional: Bake with extra cheese at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
